Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases and payments made on vamshibro.in and within our mobile applications, operated by Vishwanatham Vamshikrishna (Vamshi Bro), H.No: 4-20, Village: Chandlapur, Mandal: Chinnakodur, District: Siddipet, Telangana – 502276, India.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Online Courses

We offer a 7-day refund window for all course purchases, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or watched
  • No certificate of completion has been issued or downloaded
  • The request includes your registered email address and order ID

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
  • More than 20% of the course has been accessed
  • A completion certificate has been issued
  • The course was purchased at a promotional price with stated no-refund terms

Our React.js course (2024) and all future courses follow these same refund terms.

2. Project Source Code and Templates

Due to the digital nature of source code, all project sales are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. Exceptions include:

  • Delivered files are corrupted or non-functional and cannot be replaced within 48 hours
  • Product does not match its described functionality
  • Accidental duplicate purchase reported within 24 hours

3. App and Website Development Services

  • Before Work Commences: Full refund of advance payment if cancelled before any development starts
  • After Work Commences: Advance payment is non-refundable; refunds only for undelivered future milestones
  • Project Abandonment by Client: No refund for completed work if client is unresponsive for 30+ days

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@vamshibro.in.

4. Mobile App Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime via app settings or Google Play / Apple App Store
  • Premium access continues until end of current billing period — no partial refunds for unused days
  • Auto-renewal disabled immediately upon cancellation
  • Refunds for current period only in cases of technical failure or accidental double charge (reported within 48 hours)

5. In-App Purchases (One-Time)

One-time in-app purchases are non-refundable once activated. Refunds only considered for:

  • Verified technical failure preventing feature activation
  • Accidental or unauthorized purchase reported within 24 hours

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@vamshibro.in with:

  • Full name and registered email address
  • Order ID or Razorpay transaction reference number
  • Product or service name
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting screenshots or documentation (if applicable)

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and resolve within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Razorpay or bank processing may add 2–3 additional business days.

8. Non-Refundable Items Summary

  • Courses accessed beyond the 7-day window or 20% content threshold
  • Downloaded project source code (unless corrupted or misrepresented)
  • Completed development service milestones
  • Used subscription periods after cancellation
  • Activated one-time in-app purchases
