By accessing this Platform, creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing a product, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of this Platform immediately.

1. About Vamshi Bro

Vamshi Bro is an independent software development, digital education, and product publishing platform operated by a full-stack developer based in Telangana, India. The platform provides the following categories of products and services:

  • Online Programming Courses: Structured video-based courses covering React.js, React Native, TypeScript, Next.js, and full-stack development, with practical project-based learning.
  • Project Source Code and Templates: Pre-built, ready-to-use mobile and web application source code available for individual or commercial licensing.
  • Mobile Applications: Published Android and iOS applications developed under the Vamshi Bro brand, offering free and premium feature tiers accessible via in-app subscriptions or one-time purchases.
  • App and Website Development Services: Custom freelance development services for individuals, startups, and small businesses across India.
  • Startup Products: Independent software products and startup applications built and published by Vamshi Bro, each potentially having its own sub-product terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To access paid features or make purchases, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering or purchasing on this Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • All information you provide during registration or checkout is accurate, complete, and current
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials and are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or breach of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms or involved in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

3. Courses — Terms of Access

When you purchase a course on Vamshi Bro, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal learning purposes only. The following conditions apply:

  • Course access is available for the duration specified at the time of purchase (lifetime access or time-limited as stated)
  • You may not share, resell, redistribute, screen-record, or republish course content in any form
  • Certificates of completion, if offered, are issued upon meeting the stated completion criteria
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content to maintain accuracy and relevance
  • Past courses such as the React.js course (offered 2024) remain accessible under the original terms of purchase

4. Projects and Source Code — License Terms

Project source codes and templates are sold with a license that permits use within one personal or commercial project unless a multi-license is purchased. You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the source code as a standalone product
  • Claim authorship of unmodified code
  • Use the code in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

All project sales are final once the download has been accessed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exceptions.

5. Development Services

Custom app and website development services are governed by a separate service agreement outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment milestones. By engaging our services:

  • You agree to the quoted price and scope before work begins
  • Advance payments are collected to commence work and are non-refundable once development starts
  • Final deliverables are handed over upon full payment as per agreement
  • Post-delivery support terms are defined in the service agreement

6. Mobile Applications and In-App Purchases

Our mobile applications are available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. By downloading and using our apps, you also agree to the respective platform's terms of service. Regarding in-app purchases:

  • Premium features are unlocked via one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions
  • All in-app payments are processed through Razorpay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay as applicable
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • In-app credits, if applicable, have no monetary value outside the app and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash

7. Payments and Billing

All payments made on this Platform are processed securely through Razorpay and other RBI-authorized payment gateways. By making a purchase:

  • You authorize us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
  • In case of payment failure, no amount will be deducted; contact your bank if you see a pending charge
  • GST or applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required by law

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on vamshibro.in, including but not limited to course videos, written material, source code samples, design assets, logos, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vishwanatham Vamshikrishna unless credited to a third party. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Platform may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, digital products, and course content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes from course completion, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vishwanatham Vamshikrishna and Vamshi Bro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Platform or its products.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any product or service without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our Platform in any manner.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
